1. Reservation & Cancellation

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 1 day before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will be fully charged.

2. Check-in, Check-out & Payment

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

Payment Policy
Payment is due at check-in and can be made by cash or credit card.
Please note that credit card payments incur an additional 5% processing fee.

3. House Rules & Conduct

Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
Prostitution and any inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Smoking in rooms or on balconies is strictly prohibited.
A $200 fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside the room or on the balcony.

Visitors
If you wish to bring a visitor, please inform us in advance.
An additional fee may apply if the visitor uses the pool or property facilities.

Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed on the property.

4. Amenities & Services

Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Housekeeping
Rooms are cleaned every other day, including towel and bed linen changes.
Daily cleaning is available upon request at no additional charge.

Internet
Free Starlink Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Pool Policy
The pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.

5. Utilities & Infrastructure

Electricity
Occasional power outages may occur in Las Terrenas and are usually brief.
The property operates on solar panels and battery backup, so most amenities remain functional.
Please note that air conditioning does not operate during power outages.

6. Responsibility & Liability

Damage Policy
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

Liability
Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
